										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Supporting all product leadership requirements for quality, safety &amp; compliance.</p>
<p>Managing the customer phone line to facilitate all sales and marketing enquiries.</p>
<p>Processing sample orders, following up, analysing &amp; reporting on product uptake.</p>
<p>Documenting all customer communications on the CRM software to facilitate effective collaborative working.</p>
<p>Working with the Commercial Director &amp; external partners to produce communications to customers across all platforms. Working within brand guidelines to produce campaign assets and communications that are compliant and representative of the message being delivered.</p>
<p>Evaluation of campaign effectiveness via metrics reporting, lead generation, and ROI.</p>
<p>Assist with maintaining and developing the database and mailing lists.</p>
<p>Coordinate the administration of event attendance &amp; prepare marketing and promotional requirements to support the event schedule.</p>
<p>Attend local &amp; national events as and when required.</p>
<p>Support the sales team with administrative requirements.</p>
<p>Supporting the management &amp; on-going development of website content, and other digital media.</p>
<p>Review and reporting on market trends, competitor activity and industry insights.</p>
<p>General administration of marketing inventory, orders, and invoices as required.</p>
<p>Support the administration associated with Public Tender opportunities as and when required.</p>
<p>Understanding the portfolio of products, and engagement in on-going development of product knowledge.</p>
<p><strong>Skills and Qualifications Required</strong>:</p>
<p>Must be experienced in the use of creative packages such as Canva, InDesign, WordPress, and Adobe Photoshop Software.</p>
<p>Experience in maintaining social media accounts, website development, and content creation.</p>
<p>Use of email communication platforms such as Mailchimp.</p>
<p>A real passion for providing a high level of customer service.</p>
<p>2 years’ experience within a general marketing admin role.</p>
<p>Articulate, with a keen eye for attention to detail.</p>
<p>Healthcare experience is an advantage, although not essential as full training will be provided.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<h3>The Role:</h3>
<p>Reporting to the National Sales Manager, this role plays a critical role within the company supporting the retention of existing business and winning future business in respect of Bid/Proposal/Framework submissions. Responsibility for ensuring the Contract agreements are correctly administered and updated as required including contract inception, review, renewal and termination are carried out in line with company compliance. Responsibility leading and developing the Bids and Contracts with the wider business team. Responsibility for driving improvements to Bid/Proposal and contract procedures and processed to improve win/loss outcomes. Additionally some projects will also be allocated across the business, these are likely to be project led and be heavily focused around continuous improvement philosophy that the business is trying to embrace. These projects will be additional to the position as Tenders and Contract Manager, therefore will be managed around or alongside this workload.</p>
<h3>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify Bid/Proposal Opportunities/ Qualifications through appropriate portals</li>
<li>Manager the Bid/No-Bid process in line with agreed company guidelines.</li>
<li>Preparing and reviewing the commercial aspects of the bid, ensuring all services are included, scheduled and deadlines communicated</li>
<li>Oversee all aspects of bid/proposal preparation ensuring that quality, compelling bids are submitted in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Manage bid inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically sales, marketing, product teams, finance, legal, logistics/supply chain to support submission of a successful bid.</li>
<li>Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process.</li>
<li>Contributing to the written, both in terms of content and presentation (i.e. exec summary)</li>
<li>Ensure timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound bids</li>
<li>Understand and resolve any technical, strategic and business issues.</li>
<li>Arrange all post bid reviews with customers, post award or loss</li>
<li>Provide detailed reporting and trends around bid/proposal submissions and win/loss ratios</li>
<li>Ensure that all contracts and associated documentation is appropriately recorded/retained</li>
<li>Serve as primary source for all contract and pricing arrangements</li>
<li>Engage with relevant stakeholders in negotiation decisions involving legal or regulatory as appropriately required.</li>
<li>Maintain deadlines on deliverables and communication on an ongoing basis with business partners on contractual issues.</li>
<li>Review contractual performance of both parties to ensure compliance with terms and targets, identify any issues or changes that require resolution at contract renewal</li>
<li>Identify and implement process/procedural improvement opportunities to drive clarity and efficiency within responsibility area to support business growth.</li>
<li>Ensure confidentiality on all matters relating to employees, service users/clients details and information obtained during the course of employment</li>
<li>To ensure adherence to policies outlined within the company Quality System and adhere to all other company policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to at all times by self and colleagues.</li>
<li>Any other duties as and when required bu management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company&#8217;s objectives and goals.</li>
<li>Attend training both inhouse and external as requested by the company.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Key Attributes:</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bid/Proposal Management experience, within Medical or NHS arena an advantage</li>
<li>Sound commercial understanding</li>
<li>Previous experience in a contract management role e.g. purchasing and/or contracting</li>
<li>Experience in applying organisational standards when developing requests for proposals.</li>
<li>Experience working/leading continuous improvement programs/projects advantageous</li>

<li>Ability to systematically analyse complex problems, draw relevant conclusions and implement appropriate solutions.</li>
