]]> The Role:

The role is based in Widnes, Cheshire and the area cover is the north of England and occasionally the role may take you further a field. Working hours are normally 8:30am to 4:45pm Monday to Friday, occasionally you will be asked to extend these hours to suit the business needs. 4 weeks holiday per year plus statutory bank holidays.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To service, repair and test medical equipment such as profiling beds, dynamic air mattresses, hoists, slings, bathing equipment, specialist seating, power chairs, wheelchairs in our warehouse, hospitals, nursing homes and private dwellings mainly in the North West of England.
  • To carryout LOLER examinations, PAT testing and Safety Checks on the above equipment
  • To deliver and install above equipment
  • Carrying out the above tasks in a safe and professional manner
  • Completing all tasks in a timely manner and ensuring that all appropriate paperwork is completed as per the company’s procedures
  • Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained
  • To promote the company’s business by ensuring that customer relationships are uppermost in your mind
  • Increase sales of engineering services and identify equipment sales opportunities
  • Keep company equipment provided in a good working order including any vehicle provided to allow you to carry out your role.
