The candidate should have a background in nursing care in the continence market or stoma preferably with good knowledge of a major brand.

Experience is likely to include:

• Nursing background
• Experience of the continence products market
• Knowledge of NHS hospital & continence clinics
• Experience of Care Home sector including sales.
• Provision of continence clinic training support
• Patient assessments
• Familiar with use of data for patient support
• Ability to work to agreed sales targets and objectives.
• Self-motivated
• Car driver and able to travel within agreed territory.
• Member of ACA, RCN and appropriate professional bodies
