<p>Reporting directly to the Head of Sales , you will be responsible for achieving a budget by managing and driving profitable sales, margin and commercial terms in all Distributors, Direct and NHS accounts within a designated geographical region or market sector. This role requires the delivery and development of new business as well as maintaining existing accounts.</p>
<h3>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>
<p>· Achieve financial business objectives and deliver sales strategy as directed and agreed with Head of Sales</p>
<p>· Effective journey planning</p>
<p>· New business development with agreed plan</p>
<p>· Execute promotion plan to all customers</p>
<p>· Effectively manage database of all customers and targets</p>
<p>· Enforcing and managing terms agreements.</p>
<p>· Develop and manage customer partnerships</p>
<p>· Customer issue resolution</p>
<p>· Generation of new product improvement feedback from market knowledge</p>
<p>· Planned and disciplined NPI launches.</p>
<p>· Deliver sales presentations, negotiate, and deliver business plans</p>
<p>· Source and share knowledge of existing and emerging customer needs and requirements into commercial business plans</p>
<p>· Attend Conferences, trade shows and meetings as directed by the requirements of the business.</p>
<p>· Manage customer communication and to be flexible in approach.</p>
<p>· Awareness of market dynamics to meet customer and profitability requirements</p>
<p>· Evaluation of promotional activities</p>
<p>· Weekly/monthly sales calls and forecasting input and evaluation of business plans</p>
<p>· IBP – accurate forecasting as part of demand planning.</p>
<p>· Achievement of KPO’s</p>
<h3>Key Performance Objectives:</h3>
<p>1. Delivery of internal budgeted sales, trade investments and net margin targets</p>
<p>2. Effectively target new business opportunities and communicate progress on a monthly basis</p>
<p>3. Measurement and improving Return on Investment of commercial activities</p>
<h3>Essential Skills and Experience:</h3>
<p>Must have:</p>
<p>· 1-2 years UK Medical market experience</p>
<p>· Good understanding of UK Medical market</p>
<p>· Development and delivery of sales strategy</p>
<p>· Demonstrable attention to detail in delivering business plans</p>
<p>· IT Literate of Microsoft Office</p>
<p>· Strong numerical and analytical skills</p>
<p>· Promotional planning</p>
<p>· Good negotiation and presentation skills</p>
<p>· UK Driving Licence</p>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<p>· Track record in growing business with new and/or existing portfolio of accounts</p>
<p>· Degree in business, marketing or similar</p>
<p>· Trained in sales negotiations and planning</p>

Working collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders across the wider team to increase market share, gain customer insight, increase brand awareness, product launches, new product development and support the meeting of business objectives and targets set by the company.</p>
<h3>Key Duties and Responsibilities:</h3>
<p>•Develop product pricing and product positioning strategies.</p>
<p>• Scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact.</p>
<p>• Drive product launches</p>
<p>• Gain product expertise in both manufactured and third-party product lines</p>
<p>• Support sales function day to day challenges and opportunities</p>
<p>• Educate internal stakeholders regarding products and messaging.</p>
<p>• Manage the marketing budget.</p>
<p>• Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.</p>
<p>• Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.</p>
<p>• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products.</p>
<p>• Working with the Managing Director regarding KOL programmes</p>
<p>• Linking in with Clinical members of the team to create evidence around the portfolio.</p>
<p>• Attending internal and external customer events.</p>
<p>• Any other duties as and when required by management that are reasonably within the capabilities of the person and are aimed at achieving the company’s objectives and goals.</p>
<p>• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills</p>
<p>• A strong collaborative team player with an ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.</p>
<p>• Passionate about Marketing and Healthcare</p>
<p>• Able to influence &amp; persuade when presenting ideas and plans.</p>
<p>• Skilled in identifying solutions, planning and organisation.</p>
