In conjunction with the Clinical Nurse Manager, the Clinical Nurse Specialist contributes to delivering a high standard of care to individuals with complex bladder and bowel needs in a variety of settings. The roles are field based and will cover both acute and primary care.</p>
<p>The Clinical Nurse Specialist role also facilitates educational programmes as required and will<br />
promote the home delivery service for individuals requiring specialist products for the management of their bladder / bowel symptoms.</p>

<p>· Receive incoming calls from Service customers and respond to their enquiry or instruction in a prompt and efficient manner, while securing written instructions or Purchase Orders for the requested support.</p>
<p>· Update and maintain business systems in a diligent manner to ensure accurate information is recorded and processed promptly to enable parts to be despatched and work to be carried out promptly.</p>
<p>· Update business systems in real-time to reflect the dates when engineers are planned to do the work and when work is completed on site.</p>
<p>· Monitor parts receipt/availability using the system to ensure that orders which have all required parts allocated are dispatched on time to the correct address; normally to the engineers’ storage units.</p>
<p>· Follow standard routines when making changes to orders or delivery addresses to ensure Picking and Dispatch instructions are correct.</p>
<p>· Review system information daily, to highlight orders and scheduled work which need to be progressed, updated, expedited or chased to avoid any being over-looked or incurring avoidable delays.</p>
<p>· Keep Customers informed on the progress of their jobs and materials eta, particularly when delays or disruptions are encountered or anticipated. Ideally contact customers by phone and confirm by email or through portals, particularly when arranging for our engineers’ attendance at site.</p>
<p>· Make daily checks to ensure that Engineers have completed all jobs relating to the schedule and ensure they have filtered all cancellation through the scheduling department</p>
<p>· Allocate Reactive work and plan Engineer visits following guidance from the Service Operations Manager, giving due consideration to the Engineers’ health and safety at all times and ensuring engineers make the appropriate risk assessments and follow method statements and procedures.</p>
<p>· Plan PPM visits and LOLER Inspections to ensure these are made on time to avoid equipment passing their LOLER test expiry date, while ensuring that work is completed within budgeted costs.</p>
<p>· Update and maintaining system information on service contract records.</p>
<p>· Help to reduce field service costs by ensuring that work is allocated to engineers in an optimal way to minimise travel time and avoid return visits whenever possible.</p>
<p>· Ensure that Engineers have allocated time every few months to conduct a van stock check.</p>
<p>· Check Engineer reported times vs. tracker information and inform Service Operations Manager of deviations outside of agreed tolerances. These checks should be made on a daily basis.</p>
<p>· Ensure engineers’ approved holidays are updated in the planning system calendar.</p>

<p>The Territory Manager is required to promote, sell, and ensure formulary compliance for products in the company range in both the acute and community for the defined Sales Territory to ensure Sales targets are achieved.</p>
<p>The Territory Manager is expected to reach sales targets for the Sales Territory using effective communication methods in a manner that ensures ethical commercial approach, as well as adherence to Corporate vision and guidelines. It is important to work closely with the Clinical Nurse Advisors and Business Development Managers within the team to enhance your sales success. Customers will include TVNs, Continence, Stoma nurses as well as Procurement, Medicines Management, Nursing Homes, Lymphoedema Specialists, District and Practice Nurses, Pharmacists and Nursing homes. You will also identify and assist in developing Key opinion leaders from within your area.</p>
<p>· Participation with the Regional Business Manager, Clinical Nurse Advisor and Business Development Manager in the development and implementation of local business plans with the aim of achieving high compliance with new Formulary Awards and driving market share growth in order to achieve sales targets.</p>
<p>· Close working with the Business Development Manager &amp; Clinical Nurse Advisor within the Region to ensure all hospital and community Formularies are secured and fully compliant.</p>
<p>· Achievement of annual sales and market share targets for the company focus brand, to be delivered within the agreed budgets with the Regional Business Manager.</p>
<p>· Achievement of agreed activity KPIs and objectives.</p>
<p>· To have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Company products, policies, and objectives.</p>
<h3>Key Accountabilities:</h3>
<p>· To provide customers with company sales, education, and service information regarding the products through effective presentation and listening skills.</p>
<p>· To form a permanent link between the Company and its customers through identification of success factors and possible problem areas.</p>
<p>· To develop the image and profile of the Company to our customers through knowledge of the Sales, Marketing &amp; Clinical strategy and use of Corporate selling tools.</p>
<p>· To manage and develop the individual Sales territory through analysis of available sales and marketing data.</p>
<p>· To organise and manage customer meetings, study days and exhibitions within the territory.</p>
<p>· To participate in Regional and National Sales Meetings and share experiences to improve overall efficiency, sharing best practice.</p>
<p>· To develop personal skills by ensuring that product and Clinical knowledge is up to date and by identifying areas where further training might be needed.</p>
<p>· Demonstrate effective use of company Salesforce CRM system in accordance with agreed KPIs and objectives.</p>
<p>· Plan work schedules, weekly and monthly timetables to maximize business.</p>
<p>· Nurture excellent working relationships with our customers through selling innovative customer solutions. Procurement, Medicines Management, Tissue Viability, Dermatology, Continence &amp; Stoma are all call points.</p>
<p>· Build strong relationships across various customer groups and identification of Industry Key Opinion Leaders and formulary influencers, key decision makers.</p>
<p>· Provide win – win solutions for both the customer and the company.</p>
<p>· Be aware of the latest trends in marketing and sales and can use them for the benefit of the company.</p>
