Purpose of the roles is the development of sales and customer support of continence products in NHS home delivery contracts and to provide support in the care & nursing home sector.
The candidate should have a background in nursing care in the continence market or stoma preferably with good knowledge of a major brand.
Experience is likely to include:
- Nursing background
- Experience of the continence products market
- Knowledge of NHS hospital & continence clinics
- Experience of Care Home sector including sales.
- Provision of continence clinic training support
- Patient assessments
- Familiar with use of data for patient support
- Ability to work to agreed sales targets and objectives.
- Self-motivated
- Car driver and able to travel within agreed territory.
- Member of ACA, RCN and appropriate professional bodies
